Q. Items don't appear in my shopping basket after I add them.

A. This problem is usually caused by having your security settings set too high, which does not allow this site to use cookies. We only use per session cookies to manage your shopping basket while you are using the site.

To switch cookies on check your options in Internet Explorer under TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, PRIVACY and ensure that "Always Allow Session Cookies" is checked in the ADVANCED Privacy Settings.

You can also call us on 0191 257 0600, our staff will be happy to help or take your order over the phone.

 

Q. How do I start shopping on your site ?

A. Simply add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket and when you are ready click on the 'Checkout' icon. You will then be asked to enter an email address and  then the site will guide you through setting up a new account and finally a payment method can be entered.

 

Q. I’ve forgotten my password/customer number ?

A. Simply go to ‘My Account’ and enter your email address in the” Forgotten your Customer Code?” box, or click here and do it now. You will be informed by e-mail of your number.

 

Q. My size isn’t shown in the drop down area for an item.

A. I’m afraid this means that that size is no longer in stock. Please feel free to contact us and we will inform you of when new stock will be available. We re-stock many lines every two weeks

 

Q. I want my item shipped to a different address than my own (e.g. to a work address).

A. When you begin the checkout process ensure that you enter a DESTINATION of United Kingdom and the POSTCODE/ZIP of your delivery address. You will then have the opportunity on the next screen to enter the remaining details of the delivery address. Please note that the address must be in the UK . PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS STILL CORRECT before proceeding.

 

Q. Double the number if items I require are input into my basket !

A. This happens for users of the FIREFOX browser. This is because of a bug with the browser and we are awaiting information on a fix from Mozilla. You can either click on VIEW BASKET and remove the extra items, switch back to Microsoft Internet Explorer to make your order or call us.

How to find your clothing - Categories & Searching

We have organised this website into different categories for you so that looking for items couldn’t be easier. You can see these categories across the top of the screen, starting with Coats and Jackets and ending with Accessories. You can also click on a category or subcategory in the left hand window if you know exactly what you are looking for e.g. SWIMWEAR.

Simple Searching

You can also use our powerful search facility to locate items. You can simply type your size or the colour and type of garment into the search box. A list of items will then be displayed for you that match your search words. Examples of this type of search would be:

Belt

4XL

46”

shorts

Advanced Searching

To see the advanced search options either click on the GO! button with nothing in the search box or go to the bottom of the page and click on the SEARCH link. You will then be able to specify if you want the search to find all the words you type, any of them or the exact words and their position.

This way you can enter search words and phrases like these:

black shorts

red shirt

100% cotton

How to add items to your shopping basket

Once you have found an item you are interested you can click on the image itself or the More Details >> link to see it’s price, a larger picture and the stock status. If you click on the size drop down box (item 1 below) and your size is not shown. Then unfortunately that item is currently out of stock. Please feel free to contact us and we will inform you of when new stock will be available.

If your size is shown then simply click on it, then choose how many of that item you require and click the Add button. This will place items into your basket which you can see in summary form in the My Basket window on the right hand side of the screen. You can now search for more items and add them to your basket.

You can view a detailed list of all items in your basket by clicking on the View Basket icon Show me the contents of my basket .

When you are ready to purchase the items in your basket click on the Checkout icon Check out and pay for the goods

 

How to Checkout

Checkout - Step 1

If you haven’t shopped with us before e nter your email address and leave the customer code field blank. If you have used us before then you can enter your email address and customer code (password) to retrieve your delivery details. Click the Proceed button.

If you need reminding of this code then you can simply enter your email address and click the Remind Me button. We will then send you an email reminder immediately.

Checkout - Step 2

Since we currently only despatch goods within the United Kingdom , you should ensure thatBilling Country is set to United Kingdom , if you require a different delivery address to your card address. Click the Proceed button.

Checkout - Step 3

Postage and Packing for all orders cost a fixed charge of £3.95 and so we have already selected this option for you. Click the Proceed button.

Checkout - Step 4

You will now be shown the items you have selected and a full price including VAT and P&P.

Below this you should enter the card address for your credit/debit card. If you wish to enter a different delivery address then you need to enter the address and then click on Click Here if Incorrect to change your post code for the delivery address.

When you are happy with all the details check the

I agree to the terms and conditions applicable to orders made on this web site box and click Make The Order.

You will now be taken to our payment processor Protx and their secure website to enter your credit card details. Please follow the instructions shown on their webpage.
